The friendly desk clerks surprised us with a complimentary bottle of water at check-in, making us feel welcomed. Our updated room was clean and the comfortable bed was a highlight of our stay.

Good variety in breakfast offerings.

The Wi-Fi connection was nonexistent , frustrating as I relied on it for work. I reported the issue at the front desk, but they seemed unable to resolve it even after multiple attempts to troubleshoot. The noise from nearby rooms made it difficult to concentrate and sleep peacefully.

I would stay there again. Front staff was very helpful under stress of checking in several people at once.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Staff was friendly, especially Cassandra, who made check-in smooth and warm.

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but considering the service, it was acceptable.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could use more supervision and activities for younger kids.

easy access to parks and restaurants for great weekend strolls

Union Township Veterans Memorial Park is only a little over 2 km away and perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll, and there are plenty of restaurants like Penn Station and LongHorn Steakhouse just a few steps down the road to grab a bite after a day of exploring.

The check in was early, the room was recently refurbished and reasonably large with a great view, a very comfortable bed plus a sofa. The location for Cincinnati was favourable, close to unlimited restaurants.

Had a blast with my family! The heated pool and lounging area were perfect. Just a heads up, the fridge wasn't on when we got into our room, but overall, we loved our stay 😊

I had a comfortable stay. the rooms were clean and recently remodeled with nice finishes. A good complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise! The only downside was the noisy pool area.

the elevator was kinda slow,, but the room was clean with updated bathrooms and a decent breakfast. easy access off the interstate and a bunch of food choices nearby made it a solid stay!

The Hampton Inn was tastefully decorated with bright, inviting colors. The wide corridors and easily accessible spaces made moving around easy, especially for someone like me who appreciates comfortable navigation.
